I just want to say how much I appreciated the Training of Trainer (TOT) course you designed. Though I've taken TOTs in the past and have facilitated a couple of different trainings, I still learned a ton and thought the structure of the course was very thoughtful and well organized. There was a lot of good learning and tips provided. I know I benefitted and learned things that I will definitely apply moving forward.
